NEW RELEASE: Aurora’s Time

The complete Jein’s Journey Series. Calastan, Resolution, and Kyluna along with book four, Twist of Fate are included. Each person has a distinct trait that’s either held in reserve or pursued without inhibitions. For reasons that vary, the latter may seem an egotistic act. However, not for Jein. Taking a path other than the one she believes is right is like betraying her own soul. This series features a young woman who deals with her individuality in admirably different ways. It tells a story of how she accomplishes exceptional feats in a world that draws an unyielding line between men and women. Follow Jein Kyominias, a young woman who does not entertain the established roles other females of the upper class take in her land. Her rearing in a matriarchal society has certain paths laid out. She has chosen to be an elite hunter instead of a mere matron. She is unique in her fondness for activities that are

Bonded…New Release

This week marked the push of book #12 for me! This little story first started out as a short story for an anthology, but as time went on the event was canceled. I couldn’t let the story die off, it was too sweet to do that to so I rewrote it, expanding it to a full length story and voila…Bonded was born! A sweet romance between sprites and humans with a baseball theme aspect! Cover Designer: Stella Price Genre: Sports Romance / Urban Fantasy Blurb: Growing up without a father was hard for Shae, she never had that bond or love, but her mother made sure she rarely wanted for anything. Shae isn’t one of the girls, she’s one of the guys, and as their prized pitcher, the Pierce Pirates depend on Shae to help them secure their championship titles. One day while playing against a team that if defeated will lead them to state, Shae thinks she sees something shimmering

What’s happening with me?

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing with you online and in person events where I’ll be appearing. I have such a busy schedule coming up that some days I get distracted when trying to organize myself. In the next three months, I have an overwhelming schedule ahead of me. Today, I’m going to share about the first two events… On March21st, I will be taking over in Literary Love: Authors Rock Savannah at 1pm CST introducing myself to readers and talking about my work in general with them. Then in the Fantasy Sci-Fi Readers Lounge at 3pm CST for an hour. The theme for that event is Fae/Fairy. I will be showing off my favorite fairy, Jewel, from The Chronicles of Elizabeth Fairbairn. https://giphy.com/embed/3oKIPwv9exqYPaB03K via GIPHY (Two events in one day, I must be either crazy or very bold) You may wonder why I do so many online and in-person events…Well, the quick answer is because people need

January Writing Goals

I’ve been working on my writing calendar goals and figured it easier to go month by month, so this is my attempt at doing so. Among writing new words in my soon to be published books I also help admin a group for Fantasy and Sci-Fi authors, put out a newsletter, and work on social media posts all while trying to market my work. None of that included my family or hobbies! With all that going on sometimes its hard to think about writing new words for a story stuck in my head, but each day I try and sit long enough to do just that. So far I’ve written nearly one thousand new words during a quick edit run of my next book, that’s a great start. I have to finish editing the book and get it ready for BETA readers then I can work on another story that has collected dust over the last year…The Forgotten Soul. My

No Resolutions Over Here

Every New’s Year Eve we see so many of our friends and family set New Years Resolutions only to see two weeks or a month in they have failed at them, this is ONE of the many reasons I don’t set them. First, if I’m going to set a goal for myself why wait till the end of one year and the beginning of another to do it? Second, a resolution is a statement of what you will do – I prefer to set goals…let me get there at a pace I can handle. What I normally do at the end of the year is a Year-End WrapUp! This year I posted on Facebook about my author wrapup. Here it is: “End of Year wrap up and plans for 2019! Edits for book 4 of the Chronicles of Elizabeth Fairbairn have begun… as well as for my WIP titled Forgotten Soul. Both will get a lovely twice over and edits, but Forgotten
